SUMMER FUN

We decided to make some freezer jam while strawberries were in season.
It turned our to be very delicious.


Here is a recipe that goes great with Jam
Crepes

4 EGGS
1/4 TSP SALT
2 CUPS FLOUR
2 1/2 CUPS MILK
1/4 CUP MELTED BUTTER

Put it all in the blender and hit go until the flour lumps disappear.
Cook and serve!

I LOVE making crepes! I've never tried doing them in the blender before, that's a great idea. I'll bet our handy Magic Bullet would do the trick too. ;) By the way, Troy had fun on his man-lunch date with Jeremy today. It sounds like they're trying to make some vacation plans for us, yay!
